Bolivia Joins South Africa’s ICJ Case Against Zionist Entity

Bolivia on Wednesday officially filed a declaration of intervention in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to join the genocide case against the Zionist entity for committing massacres in the Gaza Strip.

“Yesterday, Bolivia, invoking Article 63 of the Statute of the Court, filed in the Registry of the Court a Declaration of intervention in the case concerning the Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide in the Gaza Strip (South Africa v. Israel),” stated the Court on its website.

South Africa lodged its complaint with the ICJ, the UN’s highest judicial authority, on December 29, 2023. The government in Pretoria accuses the Zionist entity of violating the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide through its military actions in Gaza.
