The Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization (ARCO) has called for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the urgent protection of civilians amid escalating Zionist attacks.
In an official statement, ARCO condemned what it described as grave violations of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions committed by Zionist occupation authorities. The organization denounced the targeting of residential areas, medical centers, and relief facilities, as well as the obstruction of humanitarian aid and the deliberate starvation of civilians.
ARCO urged international organizations to launch independent investigations and hold accountable those responsible for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and incitement to genocide in Gaza. It further called for justice for victims, the establishment of sustainable and safe humanitarian corridors, the removal of obstacles to aid delivery, and the full protection of medical and relief facilities.
