The 34th joint meeting between education officials at the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and the Council of Educational Affairs for the Children of Palestine began Sunday in its 92nd session at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League in Cairo.
According to an Arab League statement, the meeting reviewed reports from UNRWA’s Education Department and education directors across its five operational areas, examining the challenges they face while exploring ways to enhance cooperation, coordinate efforts and bolster support for the UN agency’s educational programs.
