The draw for the 26th edition of the Arab Nations Men’s Basketball Championship, which will take place from July 25 to August 2 in Bahrain, is set for Monday, July 21, as announced by the Arab Basketball Federation on Friday.

This year’s championship, originally slated to be hosted in Tunisia, will feature seven participating countries: Bahrain, Algeria, Tunisia, Qatar, Egypt, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates.

The tournament will be held at the Khalifa Sports Hall in Manama under the auspices of the Arab Basketball Federation, according to the same source.

In anticipation of this event, the Bahrain Basketball Federation has unveiled the official logo for the 26th tournament. The logo, designed in a sleek style with vibrant colors, highlights the significance of a fifty-year legacy that has established the championship as a vital fixture in Arab basketball.

The launch of the logo marks the commencement of an extensive communication campaign aimed at promoting Bahrain as a premier sports destination and attracting a substantial audience to the tournament matches, according to the local federation.

As a reminder, the Algerian national team is currently gearing up for this Arab competition. The national squad recently completed a training camp in Turkey, achieving a perfect record with four wins out of four matches.
