The Singaporean government has officially approved the appointment of Abdelouahab Osmane as the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Republic of Singapore. He will be based in Jakarta, as announced on Wednesday by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs.
