Ancelotti Set to leave Real Madrid After Copa del Rey final (Media)

Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti is anticipated to leave his position at Real Madrid imminently, as reported by Sky Sports on Wednesday, following his team’s elimination by Arsenal in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

According to the same source, Ancelotti intends to conclude his tenure at the Spanish club on April 26, after the Copa del Rey final against FC Barcelona. He will not see out the remainder of the season, prompting the club to initiate its search for a new manager.

Reports from English media suggest that the Brazilian Football Confederation is keen to recruit him to lead the national team into a new era.

Ancelotti first joined the capital club in 2021, having previously managed there from 2013 to 2015. During his time at Real Madrid, he has secured a total of 15 trophies, including 12 during his current stint with the club.
