On Wednesday evening, dozens of protesters were arrested in Amsterdam during a demonstration supporting Palestine and condemning the war on Gaza.
The demonstrators gathered at Dam Square in downtown Amsterdam, donned in keffiyehs and chanting slogans in favor of Palestine while denouncing the attacks by Israeli forces on Gaza, which have claimed tens of thousands of lives.
According to reporters present at the scene, those arrested were taken to waiting buses nearby. This incident marks the second pro-Palestinian protest to occur despite an existing ban on gatherings in the city.
