The Independent Authority for Elections in Algeria (ANIE) has announced measures to facilitate the voting process in the early presidential elections taking place on Saturday.
According to a statement issued today, voters who do not have a voter card can still exercise their right to vote at their designated polling stations by presenting a valid form of identification (identity card, driver license, or passport).
The statement further explained that voters can find their designated polling centre and station by checking their name on the electoral roll of their municipality through ANIE’s online platform, “Where Do I Vote.”
