On Tuesday, Algeria’s President Abdelmadjid Tebboune welcomed Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, the former President of the United Republic of Tanzania, who delivered a letter from current Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu, according to a statement from the Presidency.
“The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, met with Mr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, former President of the United Republic of Tanzania, who brought a letter from Tanzanian President Mrs. Samia Suluhu, accompanied by a delegation,” the statement noted.
Attending the meeting were Chief of Staff at the Presidency, Boualem Boualem; Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf; and Minister of Health, Abdelhak Saihi.
