ALGIERS – The commissioning of seawater desalination plants, recently inaugurated by President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, represents “a significant step towards strengthening our water security,” states El Djeïch magazine in its March issue.
“The victorious new Algeria is experiencing, during the past month, major achievements and strategic projects, including those launched by President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, namely the seawater desalination plants,” stated the magazine in its editorial titled “Algeria of Challenges.”
These seawater desalination plants “represent a significant step towards strengthening our water security and meeting the citizens’ needs for drinking water,” added the same source.
“These extensive achievements embody, as affirmed by the President of the Republic, “the unwavering will of victorious Algeria, with its valiant sons imbued with the spirit of the glorious November Revolution, to face various challenges and overcome obstacles of all kinds,'” according to El Djeïch magazine.
“This is the Algeria we love and that all Algerians love, the Algeria that rises to challenges, following the example of those who took up the challenge on November 1, 1954, armed with simple hunting rifles, with which they drove out the fifth global power of the time (the colonizer) from our territory,” added the editorial.
