Algerian Prime Minister Arrives in Tunisia for Sakiet Sidi Youssef Commemoration

Algerian Prime Minister, Sifi Ghrieb, arrived on Sunday at the border crossing of Sakiet Sidi Youssef in Tunisia, as commissioned by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
This comes as Ghrieb, alongside the Tunisian Prime Minister, Sarra Zaafrani Al-Zanzari are set to oversee the commemoration of the 68th anniversary of the Sakiet Sidi Youssef events, the Prime Minister’s office said in a statement.
This event embodies the steadfast will of the leaderships of both countries to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and solidarity between the Algerian and Tunisian peoples, and to implement their high directives aimed at preserving the shared memory, the statement said, adding that it also reflects the depth of the common history and the unity of destiny between the two peoples, emphasizing the strength of their fraternal relations and their commitment to preserving the heritage of their ancestors.
