Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Minister of National Defense, welcomed Birame Diop, the Minister of Armed Forces of the Republic of Senegal, on Thursday. Diop was sent as a special envoy from the Senegalese president and delivered a letter to President Tebboune, as stated in an announcement from the Presidency.
The meeting was attended by Boualem Boualem, Chief of Staff at the Presidency.
