Algerian President Receives Congratulations from Slovenian Counterpart on Liberation Revolution Anniversary

ALGIERS – The President of the Republic of Slovenia, Nataša Pirc Musar, sent a congratulatory message on Sunday to Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on the occasion of the Revolution anniversary of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.

In her message, she expressed, on behalf of the Slovenian people and in her own name, her sincere congratulations and best wishes for Algeria’s progress and prosperity, the Algerian Presidency said in a statement.

She emphasized the strong and friendly relations between Slovenia and Algeria, as reflected in the numerous meetings, including the official visit of the President to the Republic of Slovenia, which represented an important step in strengthening bilateral relations in all fields, the statement said.

She highlighted her conviction that the excellent relations between Slovenia and Algeria will continue to be strengthened in all areas of mutual interest, and expressed her anticipation of cooperating with the President to achieve outcomes that contribute to the well-being of both peoples and to better cooperation among the peoples of the Mediterranean region, the statement added.
