Algerian President Oversees Ceremony Commemorating 71st Anniversary of Liberation Revolution

ALGIERS – Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune arrived on Saturday at the Palace of the People, in Algiers, to chair the commemoration ceremony of the 71st anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious November 1, 1954 Revolution.

The President was welcomed upon his arrival at the Palace of the People by Army General Saïd Chanegriha, the Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defense and Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army.

After listening to the national anthem, the President reviewed formations of various forces of the People’s National Army, who rendered military honors to him.
