
ALGIERS – Algerian Prime Minister, Nadir Larbaoui, chaired on Tuesday in Algiers the award ceremony of the President of the Republic’s Award for Innovative Researchers.
The ceremony, held at the scientific and technological hub “Chahid Abdelhafid Ihaddaden” in Sidi Abdellah, took place in the presence of government members, representatives of official organizations, senior officials from the higher education and scientific research sectors, as well as students.
The President of the Republic’s Award for Innovative Researchers is intended for university lecturers-researchers, hospital-university lecturers-researchers, permanent researchers, and university students whose work stands out for its originality and scientific and economic impact.
This award covers the following fields: “science and technology, health and biomedical sciences, environment and sustainable development, humanities and social sciences, cybersecurity and information security, food security, water security, and energy security.”
Three winners will be rewarded in the teachers’ category, and three others in the students’ category.
