Algerian FM to Attend Fourth Antalya Diplomacy Forum

The Algerian Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Ataf, arrived in Antalya, Turkey, on Thursday evening to represent Algeria at the fourth edition of the “Antalya Diplomacy Forum,” which is scheduled to begin tomorrow, Friday. This participation is at the request of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, according to a statement from the ministry.

This year’s Antalya Forum, themed “Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World,” will feature at least ten workshops addressing various pressing issues and topics. The event is expected to attract government officials, representatives from international organizations, and prominent figures from academia and the media, as noted in the statement.

On the sidelines of the forum, Ahmed Ataf is anticipated to engage in bilateral discussions with foreign ministers from allied, friendly, and partner countries, along with meetings involving officials from several international organizations, the source added.
