Algerian FM Holds Working Session in Kampala with Ugandan Counterpart

Ahmed Attaf, Algerian Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad and African Affairs, conducted a working session on Friday in Kampala with Uganda’s Foreign Minister, Haji Abubaker Jeje Odongo. This meeting was part of an official visit as the special envoy of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, according to a statement from the ministry.

The discussions centered on preparations for the second session of the Joint High Commission and explored ways to effectively utilize this bilateral meeting to enhance Algerian-Ugandan relations. Key areas of focus included defense, economy, energy, trade, and higher education.
