Algerian FM Engages in Talks with CEO of International Council of Swedish Industry

Today, the Algerian Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs Ahmed Attaf, engaged in discussions in Stockholm with Christine Bäckström, CEO of the International Council of Swedish Industry, during his official visit to the Kingdom of Sweden, as reported by the ministry.

The statement highlighted, “During his official visit to the Kingdom of Sweden, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Ataf, held talks today in Stockholm with Ms. Christine Bäckström, the CEO of the International Council of Swedish Industry.”

During this meeting, both parties “explored the opportunities for strengthening the economic partnership between Algeria and Sweden in key areas of mutual interest. They took into account their complementary strengths and the noteworthy improvements in Algeria’s investment climate in recent years,” according to the same source.
