
Algerian Minister of state, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, was received on Wednesday by Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, as part of his official visit to Greece.
During the meeting, Attaf conveyed the greetings of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and Prime Minister, Sifi Ghrieb, to the Greek Prime Minister. The reception provided both sides an opportunity to reaffirm their shared commitment to strengthening bilateral friendship and partnership relations, and their determination to expand bilateral cooperation in various key and priority sectors.
Both parties also welcomed the level of coordination between the Algerian and Greek missions as part of their current membership in the UN Security Council, affirming their aligned positions on numerous issues of common interest, particularly the growing challenges facing the Mediterranean region.
