Algerian Energy Minister Received by Mozambican President Daniel Francisco Chapo in Maputo

Assigned by the Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Minister of Energy and Renewable Energy, Mourad Adjal, was received Wednesday, in Maputo, by the President of the Republic of Mozambique, Daniel Francisco Chapo, as part of his visit to this country, according to a ministry statement.
This visit is part of the follow-up to the roadmap of the bilateral cooperation program, the same source said.
On this occasion, the minister delivered greetings and expressions of esteem from President Tebboune to his Mozambican counterpart, the statement said.
According to the same source, this meeting builds on President Chapo’s working visit to Algeria last September, during which both sides discussed ways to set up a new and promising dynamic for the partnership between the two countries.
Adjal on Tuesday began a working visit to the Republic of Mozambique, assigned by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
During the visit, which will run until October 17, Adjal is accompanied by the CEOs of Sonatrach, Sonelgaz and Saidal, as well as the President of the Algerian Economic Renewal Council, Kamel Moula, in addition to senior officials from the ministry.
