Algerian Army General Saïd Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defense, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (ANP), received General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of Staff of the Indian Army, at the conclusion of his working visit to Algeria, leading a high-level military delegation.
During the meeting, General Chanegriha praised the strong level of bilateral relations between Algeria and India, particularly since the meeting between the President of the Republic of Algeria and the President of India during her official visit to Algiers last October. He stressed that this visit had a positive impact and provided new momentum to military cooperation through the exchange of high-level official visits.
The Indian military delegation, led by General Dwivedi, also visited several structures and institutions of the People’s National Army, reflecting the commitment of both countries to strengthening defense and security cooperation.
