This participation aligns with Algeria’s efforts to strengthen its presence as a premier tourist destination in promising international markets. The Algerian delegation will include tourism operators as well as representatives from ONAT.
This marks Algeria’s second participation in the event, following its role as the guest of honor in 2023. During that edition, Algeria attracted significant interest from visitors, providing tourism and travel agencies with opportunities to establish partnerships with their international counterparts to promote travel to Algeria.
The fair is expected to host around 800 exhibitors from 40 countries and welcome nearly 15,000 visitors. An exhibition space has been set up to showcase Algeria’s diverse tourism offerings, featuring screens for promotional films highlighting the country’s tourism and craftsmanship potential. Films showcasing Algeria’s key tourist regions will also be screened.
