ALGIERS – The Secretary of State to the Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of African Affairs, Bakhta Selma Mansouri, received on Sunday, the member of the Indian Parliament and special envoy of the Prime Minister of India, Baijayant Panda, who is paying an official visit to Algeria from May 30 to June 2 leading a parliamentary delegation representing several political currents, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs said in a press release.
This meeting enabled to “reaffirm the solidity of bilateral relations uniting Algeria and India, examine the ways to expand bilateral cooperation in various fields of common interest, and underline the importance of strengthening political consultation and exchange of views on current regional and international issues,” said the same source.
