
ALGIERS – The Algerian Minister of Health, Abdelhak Saihi, held talks on Tuesday, via videoconference, with the Minister of Health, Public Hygiene and Universal Health Coverage of Ivory Coast, Pierre N’gou Dimba, the ministry said Wednesday in a press release.
In this respect, the two ministers expressed their satisfaction with the holding of this meeting, which “testifies to the depth of bilateral relations between the two countries and mirrors the common will to intensify and broaden cooperation in health, in the best mutual interests and for the benefit of both peoples.”
The two parties also discussed the “excellent relations” uniting Algeria and Ivory Coast, marked by “mutual understanding, continuous coordination and a sincere joint willingness to strengthen bilateral cooperation ties, particularly in priority areas, foremost among which is the pharmaceutical industry.”
