Algeria Explores Renewable Energy Cooperation with Denmark

ALGIERS – Algeria is actively pursuing new avenues for collaboration in the field of renewable energy. On Wednesday, Secretary of State to the Minister of Energy, in charge of Renewable Energy, Noureddine Yassaâ, met with a delegation from the European Affairs Committee of the Danish Parliament. The delegation, led by its Chairperson, Brigitte Klintskov Jerkel, discussed opportunities for strengthening bilateral cooperation in the renewable energy sector.

The meeting underscored Algeria’s growing interest in expanding its renewable energy capacity, and both sides explored potential projects and partnerships.
