Chelsea FC announced on Tuesday the appointment of Liam Rossignol, former manager of French club Strasbourg, as the club’s new head coach. Rossignol takes over from Italian coach Enzo Mariska, who was recently dismissed.
The French manager, whose former club Strasbourg is also owned by the American consortium “Blue Co,” signed a contract with Chelsea extending until 2032.
Upon his appointment, Rossignol expressed his gratitude and pride, stating that he feels “extremely thankful and proud to take on the role.”
