ALGIERS, October 9, 2025 – Eleven Algerian citizens who participated in the Global Sumud flotilla in solidarity with Gaza returned to Algiers on Thursday from the Kingdom of Jordan, after the Algerian Embassy in Amman facilitated their repatriation.
They were welcomed upon their arrival at Houari Boumediene International Airport by Sofiane Chaib, Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of the National Community Abroad.
