Hundreds of people took part in a series of pro-Palestine demonstrations across the Italian city of Milan, chanting slogans such as “Freedom for Gaza.” The marches began Sunday evening from different parts of the city and culminated in a night rally at Piazza della Scala.
One demonstration started in front of the Brera Museum, where participants waved Palestinian flags, carried banners, and raised slogans in solidarity with the people of Gaza. Organizers emphasized the importance of international support for Palestinians facing ongoing hardship.
Later in the evening, hundreds more joined a candlelit march from Piazza del Duomo, the heart of Milan, heading to Piazza della Scala. The night demonstration reinforced calls for peace and freedom, symbolized by the candles carried by participants.
