Kremlin Dismisses Airspace Violation Allegations as “Empty and Unfounded”

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Monday rejected claims that Russia had violated the airspace of other countries, describing the accusations as “empty and unfounded.” He stressed that Russian military operations, including flight activities, are conducted strictly in line with international regulations.
The Kremlin’s statements come amid heightened geopolitical tensions, with recent reports alleging Russian aircraft entered restricted zones over the Baltic region. According to regional defense officials, after around 20 drones entered Polish airspace, three Russian fighter jets went on to violate the borders of another country on NATO’s eastern flank—Estonia.
