Genocide in Gaza: British Medical Association severs ties with Zionist counterpart

LONDON – The British Medical Association (BMA), the UK’s leading professional body for doctors, decided to cut all ties with the Zionist Medical Association (IMA), accusing it of acting as a true collaborator of the genocide against the Palestinian people.

The BMA announced it is suspending all dialogue with the (Zionist) Medical Association until it affirms its medical neutrality and condemns attacks on healthcare in Gaza.

The decision, which comes with a call for the IMA to be expelled from the World Medical Association, was adopted at the BMA’s annual Conference.

The BMA represents over 190,000 doctors practicing in the United Kingdom.
