Minister Attaf Receives Secretary-General of Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

ALGIERS – Algerian Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, received on Monday the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Italy, Riccardo Guariglia, who is visiting Algeria as part of the fourth session of the strategic dialogue between the two countries, the ministry said in a statement.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review the outcomes of the fourth session of the bilateral strategic dialogue, which was co-chaired by the Italian official alongside the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lounès Magramane, the statement said, adding that the positive results achieved in strengthening the Algerian-Italian partnership were highly praised, and the need to further invigorate and energize this distinguished partnership was emphasized, especially in the context of preparing for the upcoming high-level bilateral events.
