ALGIERS — Algerian Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui chaired the opening of the 4th Arab Forum for Equality “dialogue and solutions” in Algiers on Tuesday.
The forum is organized by the Ministry of National Solidarity, Family and Women’s Affairs in cooperation with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA).
The opening of the Forum which is held at the Abdelatif-Rahal International Conference Center (CIC, Algiers), saw the presence of government members, ministers of Social Development from Arab countries members of ESCWA and heads of delegations from participating countries.
The two-day forum will focus on how social protection systems in Arab, Asian and Latin American countries can tackle major forms of inequality.
