Khamenei Warns US of “Irreparable Consequences” Over Any Military Intervention

TEHRAN – Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei warned Wednesday that any direct US involvement in the ongoing conflict with the Zionist entity would bring “irreparable consequences,” as regional tensions continue to escalate.

Speaking in a televised address, Khamenei condemned recent Zionist airstrikes on Iranian territory, calling them a “grave mistake” for which consequences were inevitable. “Iran will not forgive the violation of its airspace or the blood of its martyrs,” he declared.

Directing his warning at Washington, Khamenei said: “The Americans must understand that any military intervention will undoubtedly bring irreversible harm. Iran will not surrender, and any US strike will cost the Americans serious, irreparable consequences.” The remarks come amid a sharp rise in hostilities since Friday, when the Zionist entity targeted Iranian military and nuclear sites, prompting a series of retaliatory strikes from Tehran.
