Khamenei Vows Harsh Response to Zionist Entity, Rejects Any Negotiation

TEHRAN – Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei declared on Wednesday that Tehran will continue to respond forcefully to Zionist aggression and ruled out any possibility of negotiating with the Zionist entity. “We must give a strong response to the terrorist Zionist regime. We will show the Zionists no mercy,” Khamenei stated on X, reaffirming Iran’s hardline stance amid escalating regional conflict.
Khamenei’s statement came a day after U.S. President Donald Trump issued a pointed warning, asserting that Washington knows “exactly” where the Iranian leader is and that he is “safe for now,” but noted that “our patience is wearing thin.” The remarks highlight growing U.S. concern over the intensifying conflict, which has drawn in global powers diplomatically and strategically.
Tensions in the region have spiked since the Zionist entity launched coordinated airstrikes last Friday on Iranian military and nuclear sites. Iran retaliated with missile barrages, resulting in over 24 Zionist fatalities and hundreds wounded. Tehran, in turn, reported more than 224 deaths and over 1,000 injured in Zionist strikes, fueling fears of a wider war in the Middle East.
