Zionist Airstrikes on Gaza Claim 14 Lives (Updated Toll)

The death toll from the Zionist airstrikes across various areas of the Gaza Strip early Friday morning has reached 14 deaths, with several others injured, as reported by the Palestinian news agency Wafa. Warplanes from the occupying forces targeted a house in Khan Younis, located in the southern Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of ten people, all from the same family, along with multiple injuries, Wafa noted.

Additionally, three other Palestinians were killed and several others were injured in a drone strike by the Zionist army that targeted a group of citizens in the Al-Atatra area, west of Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, the source added. Another drone strike targeting the Al-Mawasi area, west of Rafah city, also resulted in one death and additional injuries among civilians.

An earlier report had indicated 12 deaths and several injuries. Furthermore, the artillery of the occupying forces bombarded the Al-Salam and Al-Manara neighborhoods south of Khan Younis, while airstrikes targeted the northern part of Rafah city in the southern Palestinian enclave.

The occupying forces resumed their aggression against the Gaza Strip on March 18 after more than two months of cessation following a ceasefire agreement. Since March 18, the airstrikes by the Zionist entity have resulted in 1,522 deaths and 3,834 wounded, while the overall toll of the Zionist aggression against the Palestinian enclave has reached 50,886 deaths and 115,875 injured since October 7, 2023.
