Yemen: American Airstrikes in Hodeidah Result in 14 Fatalities

The death toll from Tuesday night’s American airstrikes on the Yemeni port city of Hodeidah, situated along the Red Sea, has risen to 14, with an additional 15 individuals injured, local medical sources reported on Thursday.
According to these sources, the majority of the casualties were women and children.
U.S. fighter jets targeted residential buildings in the Amin Muqbil neighborhood, and local residents shared video footage of the air raids on social media.
Residents also reported that telecommunications infrastructure in the provinces of Amran and Ibb was severely impacted.
These recent strikes were part of a larger campaign comprising approximately fifty airstrikes conducted by the United States across northern Yemen, including the capital Sanaa and the provinces of Amran, Dhamar, and Ibb, as reported by Al-Masirah television.
