Algerian FM in Official Visit to Tunisia as Presidential Envoy

The Algerian Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, arrived in the Republic of Tunisia on Wednesday as the special envoy of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune for an official visit, according to a statement from the ministry.

This visit is part of “joint efforts aimed at strengthening the partnership and integration between Algeria and Tunisia, as well as exploring ways to enhance this cooperation at the highest levels. It seeks to solidify the bonds of brotherhood, solidarity, and good neighborliness that unite these two fraternal countries, while achieving the ambitious goals set forth by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune in collaboration with his counterpart, President Kaïs Saïed,” the statement further explains.

During his stay in Tunisia, Minister Ahmed Attaf will meet with President Kaïs Saïed and hold a working session with his counterpart, Mohamed Ali Nafti, as reported by the same source.
