
ALGIERS – President Abdelmadjid Tebboune chaired a working meeting on Wednesday to assess the state of air transport in the country, focusing on Air Algérie and Tassili Airlines, according to a statement from the Algerian Presidency.
Following the discussions, the government decided to create a new company specializing in domestic air transport, which will operate as a subsidiary of Air Algérie. This move aims to enhance connectivity within Algeria and improve air travel services across the country.
