Algeria President Meets with Ugandan Delegation Led by Special Envoy

ALGIERS, March 12, 2025 – On Wednesday, Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune welcomed a Ugandan delegation led by Mohamed Ahmed Kisuule, the special envoy of the Ugandan president and senior advisor for Middle Eastern affairs, according to a statement from the Presidency.
The meeting was attended by several key officials, including the Chief of Staff at the Presidency, Boualem Boualem; the Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf; the presidential advisor for religious affairs, zaouïas, and Quranic schools, Mohamed Hassouni; the Minister of Religious Affairs and Wakfs, Youcef Belmehdi; and the President of the High Islamic Council, Mabrouk Zaid El Kheir.
