Elon Musk Accuses European Leaders of Seeking Endless War in Ukraine

US entrepreneur and Head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) Elon Musk has accused European leaders of advocating for a “forever war” in Ukraine rather than seeking a peaceful resolution.
“They want forever war. How many more parents with no sons? How many more children with no fathers? By their logic, it never ends,” Musk wrote on his X social media page, reposting a video that included remarks from Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, who stated, “Peace in Ukraine is more dangerous than the ongoing war.”
Musk has previously accused Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky of deliberately prolonging the conflict instead of working toward peace. His latest comments come ahead of a special EU summit in Brussels on March 6, where European leaders will discuss continued support for Ukraine and European defense, particularly in light of the new US administration’s stance on the conflict.
