Algerian President Meets with the Chairman of Oman’s Investment Authority

ALGIERS, February 11, 2025 – On Tuesday, the Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, met with Abdulsalam bin Mohammad Al Murshidi, the Chairman of Oman’s Investment Authority (OIA), along with his accompanying delegation, as stated by the Presidential Office.

The meeting included key figures from the Algerian side: Boualem Boualem, Chief of Staff at the Presidential Office; Youcef Cherfa, Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Fisheries; Abdelhak Saihi, Minister of Health; and Omar Rekkache, Director General of the Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion (AAPI).

From the Omani delegation, attendees comprised Saud bin Hamoud Al-Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources; Hilal bin Ali Alsabti, Minister of Health; and Bin Nasser Al-Badai, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Algeria, as noted in the same source.
