No Meeting Scheduled Between Putin and Trump, Says Russian Deputy FM

Moscow has confirmed that no meeting is currently planned between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump, according to Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov.

Speaking to Sputnik, Ryabkov stated that while the situation remains fluid, there is no concrete schedule for such talks. However, he did not entirely rule out the possibility, suggesting that future developments could determine whether a meeting takes place.

Despite the absence of a formal meeting, diplomatic engagements between Russia and the United States continue through their respective foreign ministries. Ryabkov emphasized that discussions are ongoing but declined to provide further details at this stage. His remarks highlight the cautious and evolving nature of U.S.-Russia relations amid broader geopolitical tensions.
