ALGIERS, February 5, 2025 – Algeria’s Army General Saïd Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defense and Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (ANP), is embarking on an official visit to the Republic of India on Wednesday. This visit comes at the invitation of India’s Chief of Defence Staff and Secretary of the Department of Military Affairs, as announced in a statement from the Ministry of National Defense (MDN).
“The official visit to the Republic of India begins today, February 5, 2025, at the invitation of the Chief of Defence Staff and Secretary of the Department of Military Affairs of India,” the source confirmed.
The visit aims to enhance cooperation between the ANP and the Indian Armed Forces, with discussions focused on issues of mutual interest, according to the MDN statement.
