Algeria has condemned the tragic attack in New Orleans, which resulted in numerous innocent casualties, as noted in a communiqué from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs on Thursday.
In response to this attack, Algeria offered its heartfelt condolences and deep sympathy to the families of the victims, while wishing for a swift recovery for the injured, according to the statement.
“While strongly denouncing this heinous assault that occurred as the world welcomed the New Year, Algeria expresses its full solidarity with the American people during this painful time and expresses confidence in their ability to overcome this challenge,” the statement further added.
