Ceasefire Takes Effect : Lebanese Return Home as Military Reinforcements Deploy

Lebanese people displaced by the Zionist aggression have begun returning to their homes as a ceasefire in Lebanon entered its second day on Thursday. According to the New Arab news website, many are heading back to their towns and villages, which were left devastated by the Zionist military’s actions.

As part of the ceasefire agreement, the Lebanese army has started reinforcing its presence in the southern regions, particularly around the Litani River, in coordination with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL). Hezbollah declared victory over the Zionist entity as the ceasefire came into effect, while also stating that its fighters are ready to confront any potential Zionist attacks. The Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas, viewed the agreement as a blow to Zionist Prime Minister Netanyahu’s efforts to reshape the Middle East through military force.

Additionally, a recent poll revealed that a large majority of Zionists believe the Zionist entity has not achieved victory in its war on Lebanon.
