ALGIERS – The Algerian minister of State, minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held Tuesday a working session with the Portuguese minister of State, minister of Foreign Affairs, Paulo Rangel, on the sidelines of his participation in the 10th United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) Forum, being held in the Portuguese city of Cascais, the ministry said in a statement.
