Lebanon: Zionist Forces Destroys Children’s Television Network Building in Beirut

The Zionist forces destroyed the building of a children’s television network during an airstrike on Thursday in the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital, Beirut, according to reports from various sources.
Ibrahim al-Moussaoui, head of the Lebanese Parliament’s media and communications committee, stated in a press release that “the (Zionist) bombardment of the southern suburbs of Beirut resulted in the destruction of the Taha TV building, which serves children.”
Al-Moussaoui emphasized that “the occupying forces have continued their crimes against free voices from institutions, agencies, networks, and individuals. Their aggression has escalated to a new level by targeting Taha TV, which specializes in children’s programming.”
He noted that “the targeting of this media institution by the enemy is part of a broader series of criminal attacks against media professionals and organizations. This situation necessitates immediate action, urgent legal and punitive measures, and the referral of those responsible for these crimes to competent international courts.”
The Zionist escalation in Lebanon has resulted in a total of 3,365 casualties and 14,344 injuries, including a significant number of children and women, as well as approximately 1.4 million displaced persons.
