Gaza : The Zionist occupation forces attacked a sheltering school and left over a hundred martyr

More than 100 martyrs and dozens injured were reported following a Zionist missile strike on al-Tabine school, sheltering displaced civilians in the Daraj neighbourhood of Gaza city. The attack took place during the down prayer, where several worshippers gathered in one place to perform the prayer.

The Palestinian group Hamas released a statement condemning the attack, saying, “The massacre perpetrated in the Gaza Strip by the hands of the Neo-Nazis in the centre of Gaza City constitutes a horrific crime and represents a grave escalation in the unprecedented series of crimes and massacres in the history of wars.”

Accordingly, the official spokesperson for President Mahmoud Abbas, Nabih Abu Rudeineh, said in a press statement, “This attack is part of a pattern of daily atrocities committed by occupation forces in Gaza and the West Bank.” He underscored that the Zionist entity is “attempting to annihilate the Palestinian people through collective massacres and daily killings while international silence continues.”

The spokesman highlighted that the large-scale attack unfolded in parallel with the U.S. administration’s announcement to release $3.5 billion military aid to the Zionist occupation forces.

Other raids were reported throughout different parts of the strip, including Jabalia in the north and Khan Younis in the south, while around seventy thousand Gazans were ordered to move towards the already crowded Al-Mawasi.
