US Elections : Donald Trump agrees to debate VP Kamala Harris on Fox News

As Vice President Kamala Harris became the official candidate, Donald Trump announced on Friday night his approval to Fox News’ proposal to debate against her on September 4, in Pennsylvania.

“I have agreed with FoxNews to debate Kamala Harris on Wednesday, September 4th,” Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social.

Accordingly, the moderators of the debate will be Fox News anchors Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum.

The debate rules will be similar to the prior CNN debate against Joe Biden. Yet unlike the CNN, this debate will be held before an audience.

Harris said last month that she was “ready” to debate the former president, especially that she managed to amass enough delegates to make her the official democratic candidate.
