Summer Scorching Heat and Some Medications are Irreconcilable

Some medications’ side effects may exacerbate amidst summer heatwaves, resulting in dizziness and faint.
Medicines that reduce blood fluid lead to dehydration, such as blood pressure pills. Addtionally, pain killers decrease fluid and sodium levels, making it harder to deal with high temperatures.
As for skin related issues, antibiotics, antifungals and acne medicines can increase sun sensitivity, causing rashes and sunburns, hence sunscreen is absolutely indispensable.
June and July so far has witnessed several heatwaves worldwide, especially in North Africa, the mediterranean, and the middle east.
